There’s more to being a student than just going to class, and NCCU has a huge variety of events, clubs, and learning opportunities to help make your time here unforgettable. It’s important to find the right balance between study, work, and play.

Let's go shopping!!!
Join IA for a half-day of shopping at IKEA, the perfect place to help you move into your dorm or residence.
IA Welcome Gathering (September, February)

IA Culture Night (May)
Each year IA selects representatives of several countries to share their cultures through performances and activities. Highlights of previous Culture Nights have provided the NCCU community with exciting introductions to the cultures and traditions of Russia, Indonesia, Belize, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Canada, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. The event often concludes with a silent auction showcasing beautiful handicrafts from all over the world, with all proceeds going to benefit local charities.
IA Board Game Night

International Job Fair
All NCCU international and overseas Chinese students are encouraged to attend the annual Career Talk and Employment Meeting, a fantastic opportunity to learn about and apply for job vacancies or internships. Even if you’re not actively looking for a job, come and learn about the types of opportunities that are available to international students in Taiwan, information that will help you prepare and maximize your job market competitiveness and attractiveness to potential employers, and also to practice your interview and presentation skills.
