Career & Employment Guidance Session For International Students

This event is staged in partnership with Contact Taiwan to introduce career opportunities to international and overseas Chinese students at NCCU, featuring representatives from leading Taiwan companies to discuss full-time employment and internship opportunities. Officials from the Ministry of Labor will provide information on Taiwan’s labor laws and employment regulations, with a particular focus on professional work permits for international students. These officials will also provide one-on-one consultations to students on specific questions.

Who

All NCCU international students (all majors and class years) are welcome and encouraged to attend.

When and where?

The event is normally held once each semester at NCCU. Date and location information will be announced on the OIC website and through emails from OIC.

NCCU Job Fair

Every March, the NCCU's Career Development Center Job Fair brings representatives from more than 90 companies to campus, actively recruiting students for both full-time employment and internship programs. While most companies prioritize local hires or international students who are fluent in Chinese, Career Development Center staff will provide a list of companies with opportunities for non-Chinese speaking applicants.

One-On-One Employment Meetings

Contact Taiwan’s annual One-on-One Employment Meetings for Global Talents is Taiwan’s largest annual student job fair. Held each March to May, primarily in Taipei, Tainan, and Hsinchu, the event provides students and recent graduates opportunities to meet and interview with Taiwan companies in a wide range of industries interested in recruiting talent from all over the world. The Taipei event usually takes place in March at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC). This is a great opportunity for those thinking of seeking employment with a Taiwan-based firm, with positions based in Taiwan or abroad.
