Housing Fees

Rates and Time of Payment

1. For degree and exchange students:

Accommodation fees for degree and exchange students are calculated on a single semester basis. Single suite NTD58,500 per semester; double suite NTD38,250 per person per semester.

2. For visiting and short-term NCCU students:

Accommodation fees for visiting and short-term NCCU students are calculated monthly. Single suite NTD13,000 per month; double suite NTD8,500 per person per month.

Accommodation fee refund guidelines

for degree and exchange students:

Refund application deadline	Note
From check-in date to 10 days after the official start of classes	Two-thirds(2/3) of the total accommodation fee will be refunded
Ten days after the semester begins up to 1/3 semester completion	Half (1/2) of the total accommodation fee will be refunded
Past 1/3 semester completion	No refund

iHouse assignment time	Payment policy
Within ten days after the official start of school	Pay full accommodation fee for one semester
Ten days after the semester begins up to 1/3 semester completion	Pay three-fourths (3/4) of the accommodation fee for one semester
From 1/3 to 2/3 semester completion	Pay half (1/2) of the accommodation fee for one semester
Past 2/3 semester completion	Pay one-third (1/3) of the accommodation fee for one semester

Other residents: residents staying less than one month are not eligible for refunds. Starting the second month, residents are eligible for an early check-out refund of two-thirds of the monthly rate if t for they stay 10 days or fewer; one-third for stays of 11 to 20 days; and no refund for stays exceeding 20 days for a given month.
