Koç University's Annual International Staff Weeks which will take place in Istanbul from 11-15 May 2026. The activity will bring together colleagues from around the world to share knowledge, collaborate, and celebrate the spirit of international exchange.
The week will feature two events:

International Staff Week & Study Abroad Fair - Office of International Programs (11-15 May 2026)
During this week, the participants from different institutions will get a general overview of Koç University, participating universities, and how institutions create a welcoming climate for both students and staff from all backgrounds with thoughtful cross-cultural experiences. ISW' 2026 is organized in collaboration with Sabancı University, where participants will visit the SU campus and join SU Staff Week for one day.
The program will mostly revolve around the international offices of partner universities, and the areas that will be explored will largely be exchange programs, international student experiences, and partnerships. While participants enjoy week-long, thought-provoking discussions and sessions with colleagues from around the world. They will also be able to experience the cultural beauty of Istanbul and Türkiye.

• International Library Staff Week: Rethinking Higher Education and Libraries in the Age of AI

For the seventh time, Koç University Libraries are organizing the International Library Staff Week in Istanbul. The event brings together professional Library staff with varied backgrounds working in universities or other research-oriented libraries with an interest in sharing ideas and networking with colleagues. The main theme of the 7th Istanbul International Library Staff Week is "Rethinking Higher Education and Libraries in the Age of AI." The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming higher education and libraries, bringing new approaches to learning, research, information access, and service design. Within this context, we aim to explore the evolving roles of libraries, the integration and responsible use of AI tools, emerging skill requirements, and ethical responsibilities together. Throughout the week, seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions will offer participants a platform for global knowledge exchange and collaboration.
