NCCU Elite Scholarship Recipient List (International Admission for 2025 Fall)

  1. The maximum duration of NCCU Elite Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as "the Scholarship") is 3 years for doctoral degree programs and 2 years for Master's degree programs.
  2. Each recipient will be provided a monthly living allowance of NT$ 15,000 as well as the subsidy to cover tuition, medical insurance fee, and information appliance fee each semester. The accommodation fee must be paid by each recipient and is not included in the subsidy.
  3. The attachment is the Scholarship recipient list (International Admission for 2025 Fall) with important notes. According to the "NCCU Admission Notice for International Students, Academic Year 2025" ( https://nccuadmission.nccu.edu.tw/Post/15194 ), the recipients of The Scholarship are required to login the Online Application System to confirm the acceptance of the admission offer before June 10, 2025 (Taiwan Standard Time). Failure to respond before the deadline will result in the forfeiture of scholarship.
  4. The Scholarship recipients need to pick up their registration fee bills at the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) when every semester begins. Please do not download the bills from NCCU website or First Bank website.
  5. Recipients of the Scholarship have to pay the registration fee and complete the enrollment procedures before the deadline for each semester; otherwise, their scholarships will be cancelled.
  6. If a recipient chooses to accept the Taiwan Scholarship (MOE, MOFA, or ICDF) or any other full scholarship provided by government agencies or tuition waiver scholarships offered by NCCU or other institutions, the eligibility for this Scholarship will be revoked.
  7. Recipients of the Scholarship not allowed to receive the NCCU Tuition Waiver Scholarship, the New Inbound International Students Scholarship Pilot Plan, and the NCCU Academic Excellence Scholarship for International Students.
  8. The Scholarship will be revoked and cannot be reinstated if the recipient’s academic grade in the previous semester falls below 80, or if any disciplinary action is recorded in accordance with university regulations.
  9. If the recipient applies for a leave of absence, retainment of student status, or withdrawal from NCCU during the scholarship period, the Scholarship will be revoked and cannot be reinstated.
