Winners will be notified via email. Please collect your prize at the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) Strategy Division on the 7th floor of the Administration Building by Thursday, January 23, 2025. Please bring your student ID or staff ID card. Prizes not claimed by the deadline will be forfeited.

If you are unable to collect the prize in person due to special circumstances and need someone to collect it on your behalf, please inform us in advance via email with the proxy's name and student/staff ID number. The proxy must bring their student ID or staff ID card for verification.
如有特殊原因不克前來需由他人代領者，請先以電子郵件告知代領者姓名及學號／員編，並請代領者攜帶學生證或職員證，以備查驗。
