本校與德國柏林自由大學簽署之歐盟Erasmus+計畫，該計畫可補助本校行政同仁赴該校參加業務培訓，補助內容如下：
（一）培訓日期：2025年6月23-27日。
（二）補助項目：交通費1,500歐元及7日生活費1,120歐元。
（三）申請資格：英語流利（建議英語能力檢測CEFR達B2），且業務內容與培訓主題相關者。本校行政國際化工作圈成員，以及近2年未曾獲得Erasmus+ Staff Mobility補助之同仁優先考量。
（四）其他說明：同一單位以推薦1位同仁為原則。本校初審結果將於1月下旬通知，獲選者須於1月27日前至該校網站完成報名，該校審核結果將於3月初通知。

2025年該校規劃依業務分為8組進行培訓，由申請者於報名時擇一參加。組別如下：
（一）Academic Success and Career Integration for International Students
（二）Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL): Creating an international impact at home
（三）Gender and Diversity in Higher Education - Insights from the Margherita von Brentano Center
（四）Exploring different paths of student mobility
（五）The Power of Connection: Navigating Regional Partnerships and International Networks
（六）Onboarding and Retaining New (International) Staff Members: Building Your Toolkit
（七）Empowering Postdoc Support: Innovative Strategies and Global Collaboration
（八）Job Shadowing in Translation and Editing Services – Professional Standards and Practices

本案學校不另核予經費支應。有意申請之同仁，請於2025年1月8日下午5時前，將申請表以電郵寄送至國合處，若未曾於國外以英語取得學位，申請時請提供英文語檢證明，英檢種類及效期不拘。本案承辦人為國合處合作交流組蔡景雰，校內分機：62393，電郵：cfts.oic@nccu.edu.tw。
