After completing the exchange journey at NCCU, exchange students need to hand in the stamped "Departure Procedure Form for Exchange Students" before returning to their country.

Every exchange students will all need to visit the Main Library first to close their library account (even if they have never activated their library card), return all the books they borrowed, and also pay any related fees.

Then, if the exchange students stayed in the on-campus dorm, they also need to fill the "Deposit Refund Form" (attached), ask the Dorm Service Center to inspect their room. If the room is clean and undamaged, the deposite will be refunded.

Finally, exchange students need to go to the OIC and hand in the stamped form(s). If the exchange students are at NCCU for a year and are eligible for the National Health Insurance (NHI), the OIC will help them to withdraw their NHI. After the departure procedure is completed, the OIC will send the transcript to the students' university within 5-8 weeks after the end of the exchange period.
