To help protect the students’ health and legal rights, under the "Implementation Rule for Health Examinations for National Chengchi University Students" (attached below), NCCU requires all incoming first-year students to complete a health examination during the first month of their first semester.
Please note that this health examination is mandatory for all incoming first year students, and is separate from the health examination required for the resident visa application.
This health examination can be completed either on-campus (at the NCCU Physical and Mental Health Center, fall semester only), a university-designated institution (i.e. Chi-Hsin Clinic), or at hospitals authorized to conduct health examinations for foreigners.

Students who are unable to complete their health examination in time must apply for a deferral before the end of the first month of the first semester. The deferral form is attached below.
