Chinese Learning Assistance Program for Foreign Teachers
To encourage NCCU’s full-time foreign faculty to stay at NCCU and continue their academic careers, the Chinese Learning Assistance Program provides an opportunity to learn Mandarin Chinese for daily use and teaching. Sign up now for 3 terms of tuition-free courses at the NCCU Chinese Language Center.
Foreign faculty member who is unable to attend courses regularly can pay the same fee for an individual tutor.
To participate in this program, a faculty member needs to:
1. Register for courses at the Chinese Language Center(CLC)
2. Apply for a subsidy from the Office of International Cooperation via the department of academic service
(Applications should be made prior to the start of the course)
Late applications will not be accepted. The number of qualified recipients will be adjusted based on the yearly budget.
