Subject: Announcement of the University's 2026 Incentive Program for International Degree Students Taking the TOCFL – Eligible international students are encouraged to apply.

Details:

1. Eligibility: International degree students who are registered and enrolled during the 2026 Spring semester or the 2026 Fall semester.
2. Application Period: From now until 5:00 PM on December 18, 2026.
   Applicants graduating in the 2026 Fall semester must submit their applications by July 31, 2026.
3. Eligible Test Results: TOCFL certificates or Speedy Screening results obtained on or after January 1, 2026 may be used to apply for this incentive award.
4. Application Procedure: Submit the following documents to the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) within the application period:
   1. Application form (see attachment)
   2. Copy of the TOCFL certificate
   3. Copy of the TOCFL score report
